It’s the grande finale of Fabrizio Lapiana’s three-EP series on Attic Music. It opens with “Antimatter”, by name the trilogy’s title theme, which is a bruised cut with loudest bass in the series. Suitable for dark big room action, it taps into recent escapades by Gaja or Device Control. The pounding, with more metallic touches, resumes in “Eisfabrik” and the same piece is reworked by renowned Italian duo Voices From The Lake. First and foremost it’s driven by Donato Dozzy’s chopper textures, before pushed to the noisier ends of synth programming.
