Night riders are are forming an unbreakable alliance, to welcome the new digital EP by Kmyle. The title track accesses all areas with machine driven hypnosis, the bass harmoniously working with multiple sturdy layers. Without falling too deep into proto-Goa excesses, big room flavor arrives with “Transversalis”, which turns out a real fat burner. “Crispy” is another toothy cut where trancy features creating the sweatiest spots around cage dancers. The other two, “Tripaz” and broken noise cut “Nebuchadnezzar”, are more aligned to generic club fare. All in all a decent package for the techno faction.
Hailing from Tolouse, Skryptöm Records have been Kmyle’s main platform until the foundation is self-titled label. Actually, this EP is mastered by the techno world’s mainstay Paul Mac, an UK artist who deserves a separate appreciation post.
